MERCHANT BUYER ON REJECTION OF GOODS--DEMAND FOR INDEMNITY
Buyer shall hold the goods and not make any effort to resell them until buyer receives indemnity from seller in the form of a bond of any surety company authorized to do business in [State authorized], in the amount of $ [Amount of Purchase] Dollars, conditioned to pay buyer the amount of any loss or liability sustained or incurred as expenses in effecting the resale.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
